Drive high-quality applications for Visa’s Everywhere Initiative (VEI), the company’s competition for startups vying for funding and mentorship
SocialCode partnered with Visa for the 2nd year in a row to drive awareness and applications for Visa VEI. In the first year, one-third of applicants were referred through social, and the SocialCode team wanted to capitalize on this success to drive higher-quality applicants across multiple platforms. We analyzed previous years and campaigns to identify differentiators between high-quality vs. all applicants. Incorporating insights, such as targeting “startup cities,” allowed us to reach the right audience. CodeCreative: provided the campaign with fresh, social-first creative that bolstered targeting, pre-qualified applicants, and communicated a sense of urgency.
Leveraging a full suite of products enables a focus on quality over quantity of applicants. Utilizing video assets and creative optimizations drives higher quality applicants while maintaining cost efficiency.
The initiative and the creative content continue to sale, as learnings and assets have been leveraged by Asia Pacific , LAC, Europe, & Sub Saharan Africa where the VEI program runs this year.
